Our client:

Singulart is the European benchmark in online art sales after receiving a €10 million investment from Ventech and FJ Labs and is now expanding globally. Based in the heart of Paris, they have an international team made up of more than 25 nationalities.

The need:

Next Station has become their strategic partner in their search for international profiles for their sales, marketing, and operations teams. The most recent was their Head of Logistics.

Our work:

They were looking for a very specific profile: an analytical manager with more than 3 years leading logistics strategies and teams. We developed a multi-channel procurement strategy that we launched in 10 countries to expand the pool of candidates already in our database. A strong social media and search engine campaign generated a pipeline of 150 candidates pre-selected by our screening algorithm. The talent team held 36 interviews with the most relevant candidates. A total of 50% of the candidates continued through the recruitment process.

Our client:

Our client is one of the largest global business services firms. They operate in 1,809 offices in 167 countries and have more than 88,120 professionals providing audit and assurance, legal, advisory, and outsourcing services.

The need:

The French Desk in Spain was expanding and needed a new Tax Advisor. They were looking for a very specific profile: knowledge of taxation in both countries, previous experience, and native French and Spanish.

Our work:

Our candidate acquisition team launched a multi-channel campaign in France and Spain that generated a pipeline of 70 candidates from our database, Adwords, and job search engines. 4 out of the 5 candidates presented began interviews. Our client ended up hiring not one but two candidates for Tax Advisor and Audit.

Our client:

Avantio is a leading tech company in vacation rental software. Its team of more than 100 professionals is distributed between its headquarters in Valencia and offices in Miami.

The need:

The opening up of new markets has accelerated the hiring of local profiles to develop its business internationally. They were looking for a Training specialist with experience in the American market, native English, and a Spanish bilingual. We applied the search criteria and after analysis, we launched role-specific acquisition campaigns nationally and internationally in social media, job search engines, and our database.

Our work:

After the first pre-selection by our screening algorithm, the talent acquisition team reviewed 150 candidates from which we interviewed 30 people assessing their language skills, experience, and motivation. Leader in electronic equipment reconditioning. With headquarters in Paris, they have an international team made up of more than 300 people. After a €100M investment round they defined a global expansion plan for the next few years.

The need:

Next Station started working towards very specific international profiles other partners could not reach. After closing in 1 week a process that had been open 3 months we have become their main partner with guarantees of success in the global sales, marketing, and operations teams. Their most recent hire was a Business developer for the Polish market.

Our work:

They were looking for a profile in the technology sector, with at least 3 years' experience in 360º sales in the market to develop. We developed a multi-channel procurement strategy that we launched internationally and with a resource focus on France and Poland to expand the pool of candidates already in our database. Our pipeline of pre-selected profiles grew to 50 in less than a week. The talent team conducted 20 interviews with the most relevant candidates.
